Plate Type Air Preheaters (APH)

The Ecoonex Plate-Type Air Preheater delivers high thermal efficiency in a compact and robust design. Heat is transferred between two fluids via flat or enhanced plates, with the entire plate surface acting as active heat-transfer area.

Plate Type Gas to Gas Heat Exchangers (GGH)

Ecoonex gas-to-gas heat exchangers are engineered for high-temperature, dust-laden exhaust streams where reliability, low fouling, and long operating life are essential.

Unlike conventional designs, Ecoonex solutions are optimized to handle high particulate loading without performance degradation. Carefully engineered flow paths, smooth or controlled-profile heat-transfer surfaces, and uniform velocity distribution minimize dust deposition and prevent local hot spots.

ModuLuvo™ – Modular Heat-Recovery Architecture

ModuLuvo™ is Ecoonex’s modular heat-exchanger architecture, designed to deliver maximum flexibility, scalability, and reliability in demanding heat-recovery applications.

Rather than a fixed exchanger geometry, ModuLuvo is a building-block concept: standardized, interchangeable heat-exchange modules are combined into a tailored system that matches the required duty, corrosion resistance, temperature level, and layout constraints.

This approach allows Ecoonex to integrate different PolyMore technologies—including PolyMore-EB, PolyMore-P, and PolyMore-PGF—into one coherent, optimized heat-recovery solution.
